It is obvious that the way meditation is publicized, people have developed too much of high expectation out of it which by default is not achieved since it’s like trying to build a sky scrapper without installing base, & since the results do not match up with their expectations, people end up leaving it with wrong impression in their “Mind”.

Preface:-

“Meditation” is too much glorified by associating some exaggerated high end objectives.

Even it’s publicized in such a way that people start expecting miracles out of it.

It’s obvious that the way it’s publicized, people have developed too much of high expectation out of it which by default is not achieved since it’s like trying to build a sky scrapper without installing base, & since the results do not match up with their expectations, people end up leaving it with wrong impression in their “Mind”.

For this reason, it’s obvious to understand that “Meditation” which once upon a time was an integral part of daily life by its practical application, has today lost its original form, meaning & purpose.

Isn’t it simple to understand that such glorification is absolutely of no use to a common man, rather they want something which can touch their daily life, their day to day issues & problems?

Hence, though it’s true that “Meditation” has infinite potential, but if it’s not having its base in the form of its direct linkage to daily life by its practical application, then it’s all in vain.

We need to clear off all sorts of webs built up around “Meditation” & bring out its original pure form.

Actually, it’s our own inherent inbuilt capacity. It should be so intrinsically incorporated in daily life that there remains no scope for it to be given any undue attention thereby retaining its normalcy.

The objective is to re-install “Meditation” as a part of daily life with practical application from its current status of being an “elite” product. It has far reaching benefits in terms of life for individual as well as society.

Intentionally overall concept is explained without referring to any religion, since, purpose is to create a common platform for understanding of one & all.

Hence, it’s explained only with the most common factor in all human being irrespective of religion or gender or any other discriminatory factor, i:e:- “Mind”.

Introduction:-

Just too many concept & definition are prevailing regarding “Meditation”; some connect it to religion, some to soul, some to body & some to “Mind”.

Are we living in pieces?

Haven’t you experienced concern almost every time you try to do “Meditation” expecting to feel some change?

The only reason for this could be doing “Meditation” with greater thrust day by day but yielding no desired result rather increasing anxiety in longer duration, since it’s being carried out with some different target perception in our “Mind” than what actually it’s meant for.

Practicing “Meditation” with ignorance of its true meaning isn’t really going to resolve the problems, it’s like mission started with full strength without knowing the target.

Here, have attempted to explain “Meditation” in simple “to the point” manner without use of any “jargons” or any sort of “glorification”, or any sort of “imitation ads” for any “miracle” into your life.

Develop & change perspective towards “Meditation” by understanding its practical application in our daily life.

One can surely expect out of this to understand how to contemplate the subject matter up to the roots.

The ultimate objective is to make reader’s start thinking!!
